Great job with the 10 character limit, Zeffie! I never would have thought to put the extra "s" on the end. JK JK, anyway, I don't know how I'm gonna deal with kids if I ever have to be around them. All they want to do is do stupid stuff and make a mess. Kinda like teenagers, of course, but at least I can relate to teenagers.

Anyway, I think it's right to a degree. Like Sol and Decs say, moderation is key. Especially if it's a boy, that helps toughen them up into men. I'm not saying beat the living s**t out of them but spanking never killed anyone and it sure as hell set me straight the few times i got out of line. I got the belt only once and man I never thought of being bad again...

my dad had to hit me. shouting never did nothing i just use to not listen while he was shouting and when he sent me to my room or grounded me i would just play on the computer like nothing had happened.

my dad shouted at me for the stupidest reasons. i remember once when i fell off my bike and ripped all my leg open, knocked my kneecap out of place, smashed my front two teeth in half and ripped all all the skin off my left cheak and while i was waiting for the amblence he said "oh dont be a little wuss" smacked me around the head and walked out of the room :S
