Like I have already said, the best you can find is 90, but that can then be tekked to 100.

o.k i give in i accpet that i was i bit overexaggerated a bit but i just could'n belve them at 1st i am sorry 2 kefka 4 not beliveing them in the 1st place i have just thought that getting to lv129 is hard but lv200-169 must of been hard 2000+ hours gameplay so i am offically sorry to kefka :'(

I have over 4300 hours of game, so you can expect a few good % from time to time and I found the Final Impact at Lv 80ish, so Lv has nothing to do with it.
