The few S-rank weapons I have aren't as powerful as many of my other ones, Mostly for showing that you completed the challenge quests.

HUnter = Double Cannon, best double saber there is... 6 hits and the power is unbelieveable high for a double saber.
RAnger = Guld Milla, by far the most powerfull gun in the game... 9 hits with great power behind it and surely as hard to obtain as a Psycho Wand
FOrce = Psycho Wand, rather none... casting speed of males is so much faster without a weapon equipped, good Merges is what does the trick.

Probably true, but the TJ is stylee, no one puts any points on style! I mean come on the PB special rocks!
