Photon Drop Strange Deals - Gynn Rei - 28-10-2004 Again yes, that's why we call it luck... it's all random... you don't know the outcome... that luck. Photon Drop Strange Deals - mimas - 28-10-2004 Anything that happens has a reason for it happening. See the first line in my sig. Photon Drop Strange Deals - Gynn Rei - 28-10-2004 But if we don't know the outcome and the outcome is positive we can call it luck. See all my posts. Photon Drop Strange Deals - mimas - 29-10-2004 Gynn Rei Wrote:But if we don't know the outcome and the outcome is positive we can call it luck.If we don't know the outcome then there must be someone who does. That, or the outcome can be predicted through use of physics... Those who believe in luck say that luck can refer to negative outcomes so either way, thaty argument is invalid. I rest my case. Photon Drop Strange Deals - Gynn Rei - 29-10-2004 That argument is invalid. Who knows the outcome of the lottery? Photon Drop Strange Deals - Red XIII - 29-10-2004 this may be a little of topic but if u get 99 photon drops u somehow get a photon spear maybe he's trying to get one of those but what the hell doess that do anyway :S Photon Drop Strange Deals - mimas - 29-10-2004 Gynn Rei Wrote:That argument is invalid. Who knows the outcome of the lottery? The lottery works in a similar way to good old Brownian Motion. Still physics. And to the guy above me, Photon Spheres are used in a similar way to Photon Drops when adding % to an attribute. One Sphere adds as much as 120 Drops (ie, 30% to one attribute). Photon Drop Strange Deals - Gynn Rei - 29-10-2004 YES! It is physics but you don't know the outcome, LISTEN! If you don't know the outcome it's just pure random. The physics of the lottery is never the same... the balls spin around longer... the machine has wearing out... all factors that change and count. It's random and since the outcome can't be exactly calculated we just call it LUCK! Listen, I'm admitting your fact that everything has to do with physics but you're not understanding my point. Read better. Photon Drop Strange Deals - WarWalker - 29-10-2004 i'm lost. :S Photon Drop Strange Deals - dark jack - 30-10-2004 i dont belive in luck i belive in odds |
