My best Weapon is Wals MK2 because I can't find anything better, and I had to trade for it even :'(

Oh, yeah and uhh my favorite weapon would be... hmm. Personally I think its best to not use just one weapon. I carry with me at least three weapons with me at all times.
Type --------------------------------- My current
1) An extremely powerful melee weapon (G-ASSASSIN SABRES +25)
2) A handgun type for flying enemies (VARISTA +25)
3) A Multi-hit weapon for fighting mobs (Hell Gungnir +4)
I also find DISKA OF LIBERATOR way too often.
