. Milk with sugar isn't too bad either. As for the teeth problem, don't see why you can't have it with meals. (Do I sound like a dentist now? :S)

I vote for water. I don't drink soda under most conditions (like 2 sides one drink in school or its at a party and there's no water). Besides, they both taste the same to me.
