I did find a love rappy in normal though.
it was a long tima ago when i thought brands were good.
i found it and it dropped angel/luck!!

well, you CAN find rare enemies...though it is extremely rare. I found a Pal Rappy a few days ago on a run through forest. Wasn't trying.

If you mean find in Normal, yes you can find them, but they don't drop anything good. (except Normal, Redria, EP2 rare enemies give AddSlots)
If you mean find them often, no. If you ever see them when just playing a regular game, it's pretty rare.

Nope, not often at all. There is about 1/500 of a chance of finding the least rarest enemy in the game

Edit: oh the avitar...On google search type in Deva MAG in images. Click again on the picture and it should show that picture only. Then in edit avitar, type in the name of the site of that one picture alone. Thats how I did it.
