TY FOR YOUR HELP CORTANA! I'm going to try tomorrow and get a mag cell...but how long exactly do u think it will take to get the cell?

1. Please try to not double post, that's why there is the little edit button on the bottom right side of your message.
2. Holiday rappys appear on holidays, hence the name. On Christmas, and the days surrounding it, the St. Rappy appears in Ep. 2 Temple instead of a Love rappy (Rare version of a Rag Rappy or Pal rappy), it can drop a present which can have a MAG cell in it. That is just 1 of 3 Holiday rappys.
Edit: You can only get a MAG cell from a Present, or a Jack-o-lantern.
A Jack-o-lantern is dropped by a Halo Rappy (Appears around Halloween).

Well, you could always trade them offline.
That's how I got my MAG cells 213 and 502.
