You can't do that droprate. Every class has 1 drop for both Psycho Wand and Heaven's Punisher. Mericarol is Purplenum's Heaven's Punisher drop, so you'd need to change the drop for the H-Punisher or do a different one for the Mericarol Claw. It's sounds cool anyway.
