S-Rank Axe has Saber animation indeed, use the database sometimes >_>
A stat cap is, for instance, 1750 MST for a FOnewearl, or 241 ATA for a RAmarl.
Heavenly/Arms, like the vast majority of units, boosts the base value of a statistic.
Taking RAmarl, for instance, if you have 230 ATA totally unequipped, a Heavenly/Arms would be 230 + 25, ok?
Yet, the result would be 241, because that is your stat cap.
What Tycho meant is that Heavenly/Arms will not help make the S-Rank weapons any more accurate once you have reached your max base ATA.

and fomars have around 160ish ata right? so id be best off only using an s-rank twin if solo mode?
