PSU.UndeadAngel Wrote:From what I understand, you only get 4 character slots this time since all character information is saved server-side. This is quite a reduction from the 12 slots we're used to, but considering your characters can change classes at any time, all you need is 4 slots - one for each race.

12 slots? As far as i recall, the GC version had four, and the DC had only one.

The only version of PSO I've ever seen with more than 4 slots is the PSO PC port version... which provided basically an infinite number of slots... last time I checked PSO BB only gave you four as well.

I don't think it's infinite, but there are a lot of slots. I'd look for you, if my computer didn't crash every time I load the game.

Yeah but some people lmight want the Male and Female parts of that class.

I wasn't aware that there were gender distinctions in stats this time around, so I think people might just go for what suits them most aestheitically. If you want both genders of a race / class combo, then you'll take up two of the slots you have. Not my personal favorite choice, but it is their game. I'll probably spend most of my time on one character anyways.

I think the Xbox version gave you 12 slots. May have have been more/less but it was more than other console versions.

Makes enough sense since the X-Box has a big massive harddrive in it.

And yes, Sega added all the usual (sexist) differences between the two genders. Ya know, things like males are stronger and have more HP, while females have better mind ability and are more defensive.

Playing a Force - Darkwolf30 - 21-10-2006

Yeah, They always do that with the stats.

Playing a Force - RebelMaren - 22-10-2006

Dunno if I would call the stat differences sexist, but hey, maybe Sonic Team will release a Ironing Board that only females Can use, and add Testosterone as a stat for males XD

kidding of course ^_^;

LMAO. That would be pretty funny,
