Nintendo Revolution - nomercy - 19-08-2006 Quote:What'll you be getting at launch? None of them. From the looks of the titles, i don't like any of them. Nintendo Revolution - Cye Zero - 20-11-2006 OK the Wii has been released so now I have only one question... Does anyone have it yet? The only good launch titles are Zelda and Call of Duty 3. Because you know....the Americans actually did something in WWII, it's not our fault Kef's people ran for the hills. *shrugs* Not to mention the multiplayer in the CoD games is really good. I agree Call of Duty games are awesome though, especially this installment (I have it on Xbox 360). The singleplayer is a little shorter this time round, compared to COD2 at least. Nintendo Revolution - Phantom_RAcast - 20-11-2006 I have to eat my words. Everything I have ever said about the Wii controller being stupid was wrong. It kicks ass. Nintendo Revolution - Lee-yoshi - 21-11-2006 So you have one then? God damn! I can't believe it's out already... well, NOT HERE!!!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() And CoD3 Wii has no multiplayer - ARE YOU AVIN' A LAUGH?! Nintendo Revolution - Mirinee - 21-11-2006 I read somewhere that the Playstation 3's joypad has had its rumble feature removed and a motion sensor put in. Does that mean that it has the same functions as the Wii Remote? :S Nintendo Revolution - Beat X500 - 21-11-2006 Mirinee Wrote:I read somewhere that the Playstation 3's joypad has had its rumble feature removed and a motion sensor put in. Does that mean that it has the same functions as the Wii Remote? :S Not the exact same, the PS3 has more well, you can tilt it forward and back and rock it sideways to do certain things on screen but the list of movements possible with it aren't as extensive as those possible with the Wiimote. That make sense?
Nintendo Revolution - Mirinee - 21-11-2006 Yes... Actually, it makes perfect sense when I think about it. The Wii Remote was designed specifically for the purpose, while for the PS3's controller, it's just an added bonus hence it's more limited. The games' control-method design would also be very different on Wii and PS3. I simply can't wait to have a shot on Wii!
Nintendo Revolution - Arrogantelf - 21-11-2006 Have played Zelda TP in my local indy import shop. Never want to return to a traditional control pad again. To think i used to use an analogue stick to shoot a slingshot. Better than expected also Wii sports is an absolute blast. Cant wait for my own Uk model 08/12/06 not long now yay. |
