You can get numerous transplants, prosthetics, and the such. After a while are you still a human?

Well in that sense yes.

My argument was the expiration date on a human. I believe there is no internal expiriy date.

I think there is one. After all, if there weren't, nobody would die of "natural causes". We all expire eventually, but different people expire at different times.
