Yes, you simple decide where to use your currect offline char, do you you want to use it offline or online, if you choose online then nothing changes, you still use your char like in offline.

Yes, he even has a collection of pics that show it, including the lvl ups, the failures...
I do have a movie of a japanese player with a humar doing olga flow in normal mode at lvl 1, it's not the same as tycho considering he defeated ultimate dark falz, but the strategy is very similar.

Not if you die with the enemy.
How to do it? grab a psycho wand, equip a good mag and units so you can use the weapon, then cast the final attack on the enemys to kill them, all you need is to make sure you die also.
The humar was a similar idea, he used oraotiagito special to sacrifice hp in order to release the wave attack.
