Good Mag Stats For Hunters - Strider DS - 11-12-2004
perfect stats for a hunter:
Humar, Hunewearl

def: 60 cause your gonna take a lot of hits. might take a while to do this but it is for the good.
pow: 50 cause even though it may be one of the easiest things in the game to raise for you mag Hunters do not need anymore attack added on than this.
dex: 55 cause you wanna get this pretty high because you want those strong attacks to hit more and with this much dex you should be fine to do a weak hit, strong hit, and strong hit and make it work 95% of the time.
mind: 35 this may be relatively low but you only have a resta lvl 15 or 20 at max so it won't depleate you that much at all.
Hucasts, Hucaseals
def:60
pow:45(80 for Hucaseals)
dex:90(65 for Hucaseals)
mind:0
def: 60 cause as a hunter you need this to be relatively high because you take the most hits.
pow: 45 cause Hucasts have the most pow in the game.
pow: 80 cause Hucaseals have relatively low attack for hunters
dex: 90 for Hucasts cause at later levels they have pretty low accuracy and it makes it very hard to do a weak hit, strong hit, strong hit without 90 dex.
dex: 65 cause Hucaseals have pretty good accuracy and don't need that much dex
mind: 0 do i really have to explain this one....no matter if you have 200 mind androids will never get TP. so MAKE SURE this is a 0.

Well, my Lv200 Varaha has 20/90/60/30, which does my HUmar pretty well at the moment until I raise him a Rati or Nidra.
Hunters need Dex and Power above all else!!!

Rati: 15/125/55(argh)/5, I give it to my friends and HUcast to level up, it sucks though
Deva: best mag so far, 20/140/40/0
Savitri: for my FOnewearl, nit that great 10/10/40/140

I'd go for something with high power and mind. The mind boost really comes in handy in Ultimate if you are using a HUnewearl. If your using an android, however, just level up POW and Dex.

Def is unneeded by Ult mode...many of the monsters and bosses do FIXED DAMAGE.
Pow is good until Ult, on account of the monsters' evasion gets boosted immensely.
Dex is ALWAYS GOOD, but hard to raise.
Mind...for a hunter is unneeded really...
