If you go to the HELP forum, you should find assistance there, also, try contacting your ISP and asking for their assistance, it also helps if you know what type of connection you have, (with broadband there's several types), and any other information, like the IP number too, (note, don't post your IP number here though, due to security reasons).

Try http://www.videogameimports.com, I ordered my ASCII from there and received it less than 18 hours later, also, they're have the "human" touch too, when I replied, epxressing my gratitude, I wasn't shunned, or passed with with an auotmated reply, I actually got a person reply to the email, withing about an hour, I'm not to keep on Lik-Sang as their payment/transaction methods ain't as swift and convenient.
Also, most Game stores sell them for around £34.99, and most Gamestation stores stock them at around £29.99, (what the heck is NGC Magazine saying they're as rare as moon-rocks to find, I can find them easily).
