Anti said it was liscensed by Nintendo, so it's legal. But, if he didn't give a picture of it, I'd never believe it was real (I'm not sure I do now even).

I almost bought one, but when I saw the price of it compared to a regular GC i decided it wasn't worth it (especially as I have a windows media player 10 computer in the same room).
