Twin Chakrams is great actually, looks great IMO, has good ATP. I still think P-Arms Blade is better if you put this on a RAml, seeing they don't need hit. If you're a FOmar, you should hunt Chakrams, FOmars need weapons with hit.

EDIT: that thing is frickin insane! shame though imo it would only be the best shield if used on a racast/racaseal that and yasminkov mechs would be unstoppale.

that thing has bizzare resistance thingies too!

Xao, the odds of a weapon having hit% is a lot higher in Ultimate Episode 4 than in Very Hard Episode 4.

Sebastian, the boost to Yasminkov weapons is totally useless. It adds ATA to weapons that:
-are only usable by rangers, which have high ATA, already
-do not have special attacks, the only reason for having more accuracy.

But the shield is indeed excessively good.

Rupika is only better because it's equippable by 8 more classes.

On a sheer statictic comparison, Gratia wins.

As for rarity and such, I made a database, huh ? =P
