I believe youyou anyway, since I beat Dark Falz on V.Hard around level 60. Only a few levels off though. Thing that helped me beat him though was the 5 Scape Dolls I was carrying during the battle

its easy lvl 60 done it wit ramar at 58 all u need is a few scapes and mechs
