Bad luck with the Ruins enemies NetNomad.
Well, I actually played as my Purplenum today, and went from Caves 1 all the way to the end of Ruins 1. It raised her 10 levels, and she found a Nar Lily! Too bad it was on Normal though, I was looking forward to something better than a General/Arm...
Still, she can destroy mostly anything in the Ruins with great ease. Even Dark Belras, all you need is to run, 3 combo with Mechguns, run, 3 combo with Mechguns etc.

Forget mechguns. Unless we're talking Ultimate, just run around the back and slash at 'em. Even, then, actually, unless you have a Frozen Shooter... in which case, you just keep 'em frozen and keep on blasting.
Hayami: I don't have online either. I've been online twice for trading, but only when at a friend's house. Anyway, I don't actually HAVE any of that stuff I mentioned yet, except for one Frozen Shooter (who an offline friend may get later if I get a good offer) and the Meteor Cugel, which nobody's getting.

I was taking pictures of some of my characters for my website (really bad quality pictures though), and....I got SharpFire (my new RAcast) to the point where he needs 1EXp to level up
And taking pictures for Marilyn- , I went on FiY...and the first rappy there was an Al Rappy! I killed it, and got a Star Atomiser

After getting my RAcaesal GrayFox from normal to very hard in one day (Which got her to level 42) I got bored of getting killed by the enemies in two hits so i quit. Then i start playing with my lvl 96 HUmar IVAN and did addicting food and got my second Sange and gave it to grayfox. So i continued doing this for no reason and ended up with a Secret Gear and another rare weapon which i cant recall but whats the secret gear for antway? it sucks on my humar. will it be any good for a racaesal?

i did two hours of work on a guide for character mags and materials, then the computer froze! stupid piece of 7 year old junk
. then i went back, redid everything, and now i only need to do the fonewm, add some final touches, check it over, and i'll be done with it.

I was doing Letter from Lionel and in Forest 2 I got my first Booma's Claw, that I should trade to a friend. Yes I know it isn't that rare but it has awesome ATP for a claw.

Meh, I can hardly stand weapons without a special of some kind. It's just one of those things I'm irrational about.
The one exception being the Supressed Gun, which I have 3 or 4 of now...Anyway... hooray, for I finally had a slightly-lucky playing session! I had about thirty minutes to kill and I planned to use it on my RAcast. But I changed my mind when I found out the next thing he had to do was a full Mines run, so I went for some rappy-slaughtering with my HUmar.
Ever had one of those days that just seems to say "rares today?" You know, those days when you'll find things in boxes that you wouldn't expect (like HP/Restorate and Angel/Luck units, and the occasional box rare that ISN'T a handgun/saber/cane), and every other enemy drops you some kind of material? Well, I appeared to be having one of those days. On my first FiY run, I got a red box from one of the rappies in the fourth room. A Red Handgun? No such luck... I approached it and confirmed, that I had been PD'd by an El Rappy. Bah.
So I kept on going. Ten minutes and about ten billion Flame Barriers later, I ran into a H&S25 Justice in a box. Hmm... anyway, I was into my second run by that point. Next room, I got another red box. ANOTHER PD. I swear, the stupid rappies were mocking me with their Photon Drops. So I figured, with this unusual luck, why not pipe a Pal Rappy? Maybe it'd give me the Sacred Cloth that the El Rappies so stubbornly refuse to give my RAmar. But I didn't pipe for long... got bored. Then in the last room, another red box... and yes, this one was a Red Handgun!
With nice percents, no less. 20 Native, 10 Dark and 5 Hit, untekked. I played two more FiY runs after this, but no more rares (even PDs).So, at last I have something my HUcast has been needing: a decent gun with some hit percents. Of course, the 30 Native and 20 Dark (tekked) won't hurt either. This makes 5 out of 6 of my HUcast's weapons with hit (the only one without hit being his Delsaber's Buster).
