Freedom? I don't have any freedom if I take the classes I have to to get into a UC. They have strict guidelines to what classes you have to take and it's making it seem like high school all over again. No room to have fun learning just being stuck in a class learning shit I'll never care about.

not really, what guidelines are you looking at? I'm in the Honor program and I only have 2 classes that are requirements the other 2 are fun and that works fine. Just take 1 math and 1 english in a semester, then 1 foreign language and 1 science the next semester, that leaves you at least 2 fun classes each semester...you just need to be creative is all.
