help ult. caves - ShadowNinja X7 - 17-11-2005 Its a common Bluefull weapon. help ult. caves - colohue - 17-11-2005 Bloody Tsumikiri, what are you thinking of. Personally I'm not a Partisan man, and I like my PB, but a good sword/partisan is necessary for Caves. However, get friendly with a Skyly and do a few Cave runs and you've got a pretty high chance of finding both Chain Sawd and Red Sword in those Caves. help ult. caves - Drazi001 - 17-11-2005 I'm a skyly hunter, but i tend to saty away from the caves...i'm still nop match for the lillies... :| they hurt me bad help ult. caves - Poo Fly - 17-11-2005 colohue Wrote:Bloody Tsumikiri, what are you thinking of. Tsumikiri obviously >.> and to be honest i wasnt aware the berdysh had that special, never been too interested in it. for lilies use a handgun/rifle/ranged wep and pull off a combo on it, then run out the door, you should have enough time before they spit at you to do the combo. help ult. caves - Drazi001 - 17-11-2005 sounds good,...it's still pretty hard, and not to mention the boss...i barely beat that guy, but a second-time around is not so easy...i barely make it to caves 3. in fact, i don't make it to caves 3, what's s good about the lillies? do they drop anything impotant? help ult. caves - Poo Fly - 17-11-2005 i think the best cave ob lily drop is a red handgun, don't hold me to that though, and the boss, most of his attacks arent to hard to dodge with a bit of practice, when it flops up onto your platform, pull out a sword/partisan and stand in the corner where you should be able to hit loads of his body parts, suprising how many people i see online go for his head. help ult. caves - ShadowNinja X7 - 18-11-2005 I go for his head when I'm on the raft, and his body while he's in the water. That works prett well to. help ult. caves - Poo Fly - 18-11-2005 it can be, depends how you play really, also attacking its body in seems best for me, use a slicer/shot/rafoie, does good! help ult. caves - colohue - 18-11-2005 As a Skyly it doesn't matter that you last long, it just matters that you go for it. An offline cave run can get you 50k exp if you do it, but even without beating the boss it gives more than the forest. If you're a low level do forest runs a few more times or do the cave quests, where you have cannon fodder protecting you. Ob lillies are specifically weak against handguns and rifles, just because you can keep your distance. Any long range weapon is ideal for the caves, simple because you can find from the comfort of the door. And I've seen and found a Berdysh, then banked it and forgot about it. I doubt I'd do that with a Tsumikiri. help ult. caves - Poo Fly - 18-11-2005 you found a berdysh? when? *goes to check* |
