I agree about the "lousy but cool" point. I'm hunting a Flame Garment, it's a pretty bad armor but it looks really cool. Sometimes I even whip out my own Gi-Gue Bazooka for kicks.
But still, stats alone prove nothing. Don't be fooled Issac, the usefullness of this weapon (at least with my current ata and atp) are pretty low.. Like I said, it doesn't combo.

My strongest weapon would be Agito(2001) +9 i found it in hard mode in the ruins I didnt know it was that great untill i told my frieds. But the weapon i realy want is the Dark Flow, i think it looks cool.

All Dark Flow's are the result of hacking. The Dark Flow is made from a HACKED item called Parasitic gene 'flow'.
As of now there is no way to find this item legitimately. You'll just have to wait for SonicTeam to activate the drops on the servers.
Some known hacks...
Tsumikiri J-Sword, this can be created legitimately. But I've never seen anyone with a legit one.
Any dark weapons. Dark Flow, Dark Meteor, Dark Bridge.
Any item with over 100 percent on an attribute. Like the 300 Dark Black King Bars. It's also possible to have 100 on an attribute legitimately, but I've again, never seen a weapon like this.
Also, any mag that is over level 200. Some idiot hacker made mags that are level 1304 and that have 326 on all stats.
Also Red Rings, the one with the description about there being 7 more colors.
I'm sure there are more. Just keeping you informed.

Wrong, if you are refering to the IGN drop charts read them carefully. heyf00L himself, the one who published them, said Olga Flow and Dark Falz don't drop anything.
And they don't. For 1, they don't drop anything offline. Online they can drop items but the drops have to be activated by the servers. Ever wonder why some bosses drop monomates etc, but Flow and Falz drop nothing? That's because their drop anything rate is 0.
Why aren't people walking around with REAL Red Rings? Easy, because there is no way to obtain one. A hacker could make one, but so far no one has...They've made the fake red rings, the ones from the DC version.
Anyone who has claimed to found the gene, online or off so far. Is lying. It was hacked and duped a long time ago.
