I want to pipe for a Devil-Tech from a Nar, I piped 10 times in Waterfall Tears. I also piped 10 times for a Hlideblue on hard hoping for a Diska of Braveman or a Durandal. Piping for Hildes is so difficult, you can only get 2 at a time.

10 pipes..? Man you gotta do more than THAT :O
Try going for 100 each time. My torr pipings generally reach 60 before one shows up.

If you want to get some rares online, play TTF. That has the largest amounts of all enemies in the shortest amount of time. Some enemies however are not included in the quest (delsabers to name one).
