Since I'm so nice and helpful, I'll tell you.
You have to load up the offline 'Seek my master' quest.
Go to the Tekker standing near the bank.
He'll change your Agito to the Oritagito.

It's all luck
You could find a item that's drop rate is 1/10,000 on the first enemy, you could find it on the 20,000 enemy. All luck. It's less likely to be before the drop rate, and more likely to be after the drop rate though. Just remember that.

sweet, I want one even more now!!! and Snaga don't post abot the amount of rappies I'v killed seeing that you were incorrect and its in my sig.I'll only have (technically) 2 more to go after today, I've been piping for one all this week, and seeing that I know the best time to pipe for them, and this so happens to be the same time as I go online, hm, handy that... anyway, back to getting to pping position No.1, oh, is the ortiagito (fully grinded) better than the god hand (fully grinded?)

ive never used the god hand....never wanted to ill go check and tell ya oritigato gots 4+ grinds to max still.....need to find 2 digrinders or sometin lol when i need them they dont show...GARR!.....sweet another pal rappy
