I doubt the Infantry Mantle drop rate = H/Arms drop rate, compare how many people found Infantry Mantle : H/Arms

You have a HUnl ? that must have sucked getting the IM instead of H/Arms, might as well be like getting PD'd, HUnls really need the H/Arms

Unless attacks have gotten more inaccurate in Blue Burst I fail to see an accuracy issue with HUnewearls. My HUnewearl on GCN hardly ever misses these days so long as I don't use a heavy attack first. Plus, I have no idea what drops what in Blue Burst so I don't really care what I get.
