A monster...or a weapon....I've got a few ideas I believe
1) Weapon- Mighty Maser
This newest creation from the Pioneer 2 Development Department actually uses technology from a satellite hovering outside the planet. The Maser itself is more of an aiming device, when locked onto a GROUP of enemies it aims the laser from the satellite onto the exact coordinates of the locked-on targets. However, its blast radius is large, so if you're too close, you'll get Maser'd yourself!
2) Monster- Zod Gill
An evolved form of the Il Gill, this beast is armed in light clad armor and a sickle of light. Glowing with a bright aura, anyone within it's slicing radius is instantly Confused (if able, much like the Delbiter's Confusion Aura). Zod Gill's attacks include Charge (like the Il Gill's), Grants (level...hmmm how about level 19?), Holy Bolt: This attack damages opponents but can be used much like a direct healing attack on its allies. , and Freeze Slice (also like the Il Gill's)

Hey, I'll have my monster up soon, so here's her info:
Monster name: Persocom Destroyer
I'm aware there are no persocoms in pso, but its the best name I've found.
Type:Machine, i guess
Attacks:
She is found in a room by herself, as you see, she appears to be caught in the wires. This monster fools the player into helping her, then attacks them.
The trick is not to release her, just ignore her pleas for help.
