Pinkal was better for finding tech disks ON DREAMCAST, but not on GC/Xbox, it's that simple.
So you can hunt Megid in any ID, odds are the same.

ID wouldn't change that, unless you still play DC. you probably play the game more so you find megid more

Anyway, a megid L30 on ANY MAGE just slaughters all. It is best spell ever! End story!
