1. Needles, simply because when I receive one I imagine the needle breaking and getting stuck in wherever they put the needle(thank god nowhere important yet).
2.Heights that are fatal if you fall.
3. Swimming in the ocean. I was born in Florida, and I used to swim at the beach a lot. But thanks to Jaws and an eerily similar incident involving a large school of fish, I get nervous when seaside beaches.
