According to Amazon.com atm there are 127 movies available now/coming soon! (Click Here). Films like Pirates of the Carribean, Hitch, Kill Bill, Terminator 2, etc. It seems to be becoming quite a format.

If you ask me, they should make a usb umd disk drive thingy so u can make ur own movies.
Now THAT would make me like the psp a bit more.

You can download your own movies from your PC to the PSP memory stick, but it doesnt come out anywhere near as good a quality as you would expect from a UMD movie.

I love the PSP now. Theres nothing better then playing SNES games on your PSP and using hardly any battery power to do this.

I mean, why buy a £20 disc of a movie you could easily get for £12. Doesnt make sense. Even if its portable...

I can d/load a movie from the net, encode it to around 200Mb and then upload it to my phones mem card for..........free. And thats a lot more movies for me than pee,ess,pee owners, ahem.
EDIT:And my battery lasts a LOT longer too

I got a psp for x-mas and I only have one game and no movies but I got an update and now I can use the internet on it.It's pretty good ecept you can't watch videos from the website but you can download pics though.
