PSO+ has been on release in the USA for quite some time now. As far as Europe getting PSO+ I sure hope so. Remember that both PSO 1,2 and 3 all hit Japan and the USA long before Europe.

here's another thing changed in pso+:
when you beat the game and it said "Every Hunters of PSO" it now says "All PSO Hunters"

I played one of those pso+ and the differences are that there are 4 new quests, 2 new battle modes and challenge for ep. 2.
I heard that there are new minigames, can smeone tell me how to play them?

I always thought it said "Congratulations! You Are The Hero!" or something like that.

It does but what he means is after the credits at the end,On ep1&2 its says Sonicteam then thank you every hunter on pso,but maybe there thanking every pso hunter ever.
and this will be the last in the pioneer2/ragol saga.....except ep4

Seeing as Nintendo are releasing a microphone for the GameCube soon, do you think that SEGA and Sonic Team will incorporate voice chat into PSO 1 & 2 Plus?
I reckon that:
a) They'll incorporate it into PSO Episode 1 & 2 +, or
b) They won't, or
c) They'll incorporate it into Episode 4.
Lee-Yoshi has told me that there won't be an Episode 3 + due to poor sales compared to Episode 1 & 2.
What do you all think?

But it's already been stated in the game that a Pioneer 3 was launched, so, I'm betting all of Pioneer 2's residents will live on that since there are more than 30,000 on that ship, (according to the story anyhow, I've yet to count that many walking/flying by in ships).
