Nope. There hasn't been anything "new" for a very very long time... from Sega at least. This is the case on Phantasy Star Online for Gamecube and older.
I'm not sure about Blue Burst... it may not see an update now that Phantasy Star Universe is out.

New items can normally be found during special events or seasons such as Hallowe'en and Christmas, so look out for an update soon for that

Those dont count. XD Even PSO GC still gets the holiday events. It's as simple as clicking a button for Sega to add those.

I'm pretty sure once PSOBB came out, GC; DC; Xbox; and pc began to lack updates. Once the date of release for PSU came near, PSOBB took a sudden loss of periodic updates.
