Who did they ask? SEGA Dreamcast and Nintendo Gamecube servers from all territories will be taken offline from April 1st 2007 whilst PC & Xbox servers will continue to run thereafter.

SEGA of America don't control any of the Nintendo Gamecube or SEGA Dreamcast Phantasy Star Online servers, only that of Phantasy Star Online: Blue Burst for PC.

Hmm...I've actually heard good things about SCHTHACK.
