well im skyly and i have just glanced the dropbox and was wondering if this card has a meaning could you help me?!:confused:

The skyly card is one of the 10 ID cards, it can only be found by skyly and it's only useable by forces, this is actually a pretty good weapon for a low level force because of it's small requirements.
