holyday seasons have rare rapies on temple, like haloween rappy or saint rappy, these drop a rare item, i beleive saint rappy may drop a cristmas present, if you are luck you can receive the hearth of chao.
however this is an online feature, trade online or go to a private server.

what do u mean trade online? and how do i get to an online server?

well you use a broadband adaptor and use the internet of your computer to connect, then the gc will connect to the private server.......someone with experience in the server connectings may help better

Because when I played the gamecube version a few years ago me and my brother found love rappys. we had no broadband adapter or hunters license. Although I bet it was just a glitch of some sort. I have no clue how it happened. all I know is it happened. I might have activated a hack or cheat of some sort without my knowledge but I think it was legitimate.

holiday rappies are turned on by the server, you can't turn it on offline.
once the serer turns the season, the lobby changes, the music and all love rappies are replaced by the right holiday rappy
for example, haloween changes the normal love rappy to halo rappy and the drop will be jack oh lantern witch you open and ge an item, an holiday item.
