I have a human who has a huge problem with Ice attacks. So does anyone have any armor or accessory suggestions that can help me fix this problem?

Kireek, none of that means anything at all. He's talking about PSU, not PSO, lol. Anyway, I'm not sure regarding this, but you could try going to areas that have ice-based enemies, as I would expect items to drop of the same base attribute.
