Phonton shere is a item that you can buy with 99 phonton drops in online gameplay, it adds 30% to a weapon in a area that you wish exept for hit.
so making a 100/100/100/0/0 weapon is possible.

There are no light type enemys
also 3 areas with percents is the max, you can't have a weapon with 4
(with exeption os SJS wich can only have 2 areas with %)
