Fable 2 - pso king - 26-10-2008
hey everyone, Fable 2 just came out where I live and I wanted to know what everyone thought of it. did you like it or hate it? was the addition of guns good or bad? do you think there was anything else they should have added? or as another choice did you think it just plain out sucked and should never have been invented?
also if there is something that you didn't like that can be considered a spoiler either don't post it or put in parentheses spoiler warning.
also I very kindly ask all of you to please not blast each other.

My girlfriend is getting it next week. It looks like a really fun game, what with all the sex orgies and such.
(There IS an achievement for having a sexual orgy with more than one partner at the same time.)

It came out on Friday and I finished it last night. It's not bad, but it IS extremely buggy. Just like the first. I actually preferred the original, just cos it's a lot more fun/memorable and Jack of Blades was a MUCH better baddie than this new guy.

might just rent this game, i like the online features but they seem a little, well....too deep for an online game if you know what i mean. The game tries to do too much. Nonetheless, i plan to rent this, see how it is, and of course try the online and see what its like

What bugs are there? I watched my girlfriend play for a good four hours and didn't see any bugs.

General stuff like clipping issues, freezing, and that horrible orb glitch. Nothing game-breaking, but it is frustrating. It seems only about half of the people who play it experience this stuff though.

freezing seems to be a common problem, and if lionhead is too lazy/cheap to patch the bugs in the non LE versions, then im going to need a plane ticket, a gallon of liter fluid, and a match

I doubt it Rena, as the LE version (to the best of my knowledge) is the same disc. You get a code for DLC and a bonus DVD I think? But that's it. Like I said, it affects about half of people... The other half get lucky.

A code for DLC? seriously? can you get DLC from the non LE version?
