I read that photon booster increased a percentage by 30% except for hit. is it a one use only? I mean if you used it on a dragon slayer with 25% native (which would be a waste anyways) would that be the only time you could ust it on that stat? and does it work on a sat with 0%? and yes I know you can only have 3 percentage stats

What your thinking of there are photon Spheres,
photon boosters do something completely different
They turn
Maser Beam+20 (Ranger 160ata) into a Power MAser
Frozen Shooter+9 (Ranger 162ata) into Snow Queen
Flame Visit+9 (ranger 164ata) into Burning Visit
Panzer Faust+9 (Android Ranger 182ata) into Iron Faust
to use photon spheres you have to complete both online tower quests under cirtain conditions to use them, after doing them you speak to man called Paginni (or something close) and he'll use 1 photon shpere to add +30% onto an attribute except hit. photon drops are 30 (i think don't count me on that one) to add 10%

yeah I'm thinking of photon sphere. I confused the tow because photon sphere "boosts" the stats. however you didn't really answer my question

well to answer you question correctly you can only use a photon sphere once BUT you can use aphoton booster up to 3 times on each stat (though you'd need 3 photon spheres) but only if the stat doesnt go over 100% so you can use it on 70% to make it 100% but if its 75% then you can't use it, i hope that makes sense
and they cost alot so i wouldn't use them all willy-nilly
