Where and how do I go about getting these and with what IDs? I checked the item database but all I get there is a description of the items.

What version of the game do you play? If you're on the Gamecube/Dreamcast, I don't believe you can get them.

Samurai Armor:
Schthack X-Mas Present Item (Very Hard)
Built in God/Battle.
When equipped with Genpei all resistances are increased by 20.
When equipped with any Agito or Orotiagito ATP is increased by 30% and weapon ATA is increased by 20.
Genpei:
Unobtainable – it was previously released as a reward for “Ragol Onslaught”.
When equipped with Samurai Armor all resistances are increased by 20.
Shield is adorned with the section ID logo of the wearer.

If you play BB you can always try to buy it from people but, it will cost alot of pd. Soo maybe you should try trading for it. Genpei is a pretty good shield got great def and evp.
