Its been a while since i've been on the site, but since i've left i have deleted my email address and have forgot my password

if any admin's can do me a favour and change my email address to [email protected] i would be very grateful

You should now be able to log into your old account using your new e-mail address fine now. You cannot log into your new account however without using your old address.
