Satoshi Sakai interview - K_I_R_E_E_K - 16-12-2009

Saw this interview, it has alot of content about PS0 (don't worry, it's translated) but something towards the end was very unique.

He says they have done a lot for the franchise on handhelds and he hopes fans want to see the franchise head back to consoles.
Say with me.

"yes please"

Bring back C.A.R.D. Revolution. Until that happens I won't be happy.

Or maybe it's some sort of download content.

Yeah, because it's backwards compatible, but can any PSO be played online on the Wii?

My sister who's on the other side of the world has my GC, PSO disks and a Wii . -__-

I belive that you cant play pso online on the wii due to a simple fact that it doesnt provide power to the right ports while in gamecube mode Sad

I don't want a Wii, I consider it to be a weak console with no games I'd like whatsoever.

Nope. GC games cannot be played online because they don't have the capability for wireless play through the Wii's wireless. The only way to play them online is to use a Gamecube with broadband adapter.

PSO was made to work with a gc modem, it was programed that way, the wii doesn't have that and altough it can connect online, pso can't, this is because pso still searches for the gc modem and can't find it on the wii.
