Hackers can make things like that using a USB memory card.

My mate has one. (Its broken now, he didnt use it for hacks anyways) You set you gamecube and put your usb card in the gamecube and connect it to the computer and you can do anything from there. But if you wanted to make med-large changes you'd probobly have to have the html mind of Decswxaqz...or Albert Einstein..or...erm....never mind.

1) I think you would use HEX or some other code.
2) Dec would be smart enough to know not to use HTML to hack a Game Cube.
3) HTML wasn't made when Albert Einstien was alive, niether were Game Cubes.
