Guess That Midi! - T_T1K - 24-03-2004
To kick off Ragol.co.uk's 1st Birthday we're throwing a special competiton, imaginatively titled 'Guess That Midi!". We've put together a collection of about 21 midi (music) files from various console eras (sega and nintendo) that we will be posting 7 at a time over the next 3 days. Anyone is welcome to join in and try to guess what game each one is from! We'll post the answers as soon as someone gets one correct

for #4 i got a song from mkdd. not sure if it is right, usually the song is covered up by the sound effects. these r hard songs to determine. btw

#5 Skies of Arcadia (Yafutoma-that game was soooo cool)

#7 F-zero (really sounds like a racing game to me)
Note: i honestly have litte clue on #1, #6, or #7, im pretty sure on 2-4 and 5 im 100%.
Other note: Us older people will have an advantage as we were alive when the regular nintendo came out lol. Hell ive been playing NES since age 3 and its doesnt help that im a huge video game music freak (ask njdss4, i sing along to the music of any game i play, i literally subconsicously memorize every song ive heard in games lmao).

Well, lionheart, so much for waiting for my guesses to help you out. Anyway, you DO know those better than I do, but I think #1 is an Offspring song. However, I have no idea what game it could be from. Does that help anyone?

. I'm glad you recognised the song from my favourite game ^_^v. That game does rule.EDIT: If you can convince us of the song sounding like something else (ie giving us the link to the song in question) we might give you credit for finding the alternative ^_^
There are an even amount of songs from a small number of different consoles...or there was before I got the 21st song

If you think these are hard, wait till you hear the others ^_^v. Two games will be ones you either haven't heard of, or played (at least you won't admit to it
) and you will get them from the things they come from.

6 IS Animal Crossing, title screen music.
I think the 1st one is from Crazy Taxi, so yes, an Offspring song, can't think of the name at this moment in time.
