My mate has BT broadband and he ordered his bb adapter, got it and then it sed the way he has to connect is thru his BT broadband modem, but it says by ethernet. his modem does not have an ethernet port, he said no new BT bb modems have ethernet ports, only the old ones
is there another way with bt broadband?

Internet Connection Sharing. Put a network card in your PC and connect your GC and modem to it.
Or go the expensive route of buying a router.
