Hey I read in the instruction manual that you win Meseta online....well where's the shops that sell the items? and another question: How do i find the Real Cider for the guy so i can do 1 on 1 Battle mode with one player? ASAP answers would be great n_n

You win meseta in tournaments.
The shop is on the desk opposite the desk where you create/edit your decks. It's a little child. There is someone there offline but you can't buy anything.

Meseta in episode 3 can also be used in the lobbies to play music, in addition with the shop, which is only accessible online.

You just walk up to the right counter online and get 3 choices (not sure if it's 3 or 4). Depends on how much you want to spend on buying cards. The better cards obviously cost more. You are presented with a list of cards you COULD get. The one you pick might not be the one you get. It's a lucky dip. Sometimes the card will 'transform' and you will get a better card sometimes. Although I usually just get another TP Attack -.-. I've got about 60 now I think.
