I'm a n00b at playing online so I would like to meet people that I can play with. I guess that you have to be in europe cause I can't find another ship to get on than the EU one.

I guess you are running in 50Hz mode.... but I thought they took the 50Hz ship down, or not yet?
If you are in 50Hz (and if you don't know if you are or not, you are
), then hold B when the GC starts. You should be able to select 60Hz as an option. But your TV must support 60Hz first.And this is supposed to be a EU site but we probably have more American/Canadian members o_O

The 50Hz European Ship (Fomalhaut) will be taken down June 9th i believe. Amazing how many people actually still use the ship, but obviously due to changing times, and maybe with an addition of a 50Hz Episode III ship, Fomalhaut disappears. For more info, go to this websites frontpage and scroll to the very last news entry. It'll disappear the next time new news appears so i'll apply the news (Maybe as an article) again closer to the time as a final reminder to those still using the ship. It's quite an important notice really.
But like Decs said, if your TV supports 60Hz then its recommended you change-over to that by holding down the 'B' button during start-up of the game. You'll be stunned at the amount of ships to choose from aswell as the amount of players if your used to the 50Hz ship! You shouldn't find it that much of a problem meeting others for some games!

you can access other ships, just go to the bottom of the list where you pick a ship and it will say Ship/US - Ship/JP (if you have the EU ships listed).

Sounds like fun, My character is like lv40 something, (its in my sig) so if your close to that level and you need anything, I'll be glad to give you a hand... I live in ontario canada so we might have a bit of a time difference... but we can work that out

You guys are to kind, thanx a million. That 60Hz thing really did the trick.
There are loads of players online. I had such a great time today.
I played on some US servers and everyone was very nice and helpfull. Great stuff.
And Frost if you are interested just pick a time and I'd love playing with you.
The timedifference makes no difference (oxymoron?) I'm a real nightowl.

*suddenly gets up holding an ISP disc* All is not lost! I borrowed a Virgin.net ISP disc! BWHAHAA! I will set this beauty on my laptop and then, THEN I will hopefully get online. I have both types of adapters, surely I can't loose! :S
