If you want my opinion (which you obviously do) I would get rid of them. I know you said you didn't want to but seriously dude it feels better to have legit weapons you or a friend found rather than a clone.

If you use dupes, then you are cheating.
If you enjoy using them, then by all means, continue to cheat. You should play how you enjoy playing and not feel you have to be told how to play just to fit in within a community.
I only have one warning for you if you do intend to carry on using these dupes: The majority of dupe users get bored of playing before the legits as they already have the best things you can get from the game so the only thing left is levelling or playing with like-minded people. If you can get good friends on PSO who will continue to play with you for a long time to come, then you should be ok, but otherwise you may find your PSO experience ending sooner than it would if you had chosen to be legit.
If you really want to chuck them and begin to be legit, then I would be happy to help you re-find these weapons that you like so much, but from the monsters of ragol where they are supposed to be found and not from some duper on vega
Play however you enjoy playing. That is the point of gaming after all and not just something people do to be popular in message board communities.

You will get bored quicker if you use duped weapons. It's almost a certainty that you will.
The thrill of finding rares is what keeps me going, plus the fact that playing online is so dam fun!
