I tried to get online at Blake's today and the game kept saying it couldnt get the ip address for the computer. So this leads to 2 questions.
1) What the crap is an ip address?
2) Why the crap couldn't it get it?

an ip address identifies your computer on the internet, its unique for your specific internet connection. If it couldnt find it(?) it probably means it couldnt connect to the net or your network.

hmm.. usually the gamecube ip address should be set to 'DHCP' in the options. Also, before you connect with ya gamecube through your broadband modem you should turn them both off and then on again, this 'refreshes' the link between them both.

Ah, I see. I'll have to try again tomorrow. Blake took the memory card with him. Sure, I have mine, but I don't have a Hunters License. No one to pay for it.
