From memory, Drop will make a character lose 2/3 EXP a turn. I think.

Actually it is this:
Drop: Roll the listed number o higher after a succesful physical attack to drop he opponent for the turns. When battle ends, those with Drop Condition lose 3 EXP
That is what it is.
